At Lovelri, we are passionate about creating high-quality jewelry that you will enjoy for many years to come. We confidently stand behind our products and offer limited lifetime warranty on all Engagement Rings against any manufacturing defects.
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, simply ship it back to us so we can take a look! After our inspection, if the damage is deemed to be caused by a manufacturing defect, we will either repair or replace the item*. However, if the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, we will contact you and inform you if repair services are available at an additional cost.
Please keep in mind that minor irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or characteristics of gemstones (such as inclusions, visible or otherwise) are part of the unique beauty of each individual piece. As such, this should not be considered a defect.
Complimentary One-Time Free Engagement Ring Resize
All our engagement rings come with a one-time free ring resize within a year of purchase. Exclusions apply depending on design and may include, but not limited to, full pavé bands, mixed metal bands, and complicated detail designs. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs and liable for any damages or loss resulting from shipping the ring. When shipping a ring, we recommend paying for insurance coverage with the shipping company.
Conditions of Manufacturer Warranty and Complimentary Services
At Lovelri, we strive to provide our customers with the best customer service experience possible, which is why we offer a Manufacturer Warranty and Complimentary One-Time Free Ring Resize for all of our engagement rings. It's important to note that the Manufacturer Warranty and Complimentary One-Time Free Ring Resize are only accessible to the original purchaser through Lovelri. Furthermore, any maintenance, repair, sizing or other service performed by someone other than Lovelri will void your Manufacturer Warranty.
While fine jewelry can last for generations, it is important to recognize that it can still be affected by normal wear, activities, and trauma. Therefore, Lovelri does not provide warranties for product loss, loss of stones, trauma on the jewelry piece that may cause or caused loss of stones, theft, wear and tear, and/or damage that results from failure to obtain repairs necessary to maintain the integrity of the jewelry piece.
Here are examples of common jewelry issues that we would not consider to be manufacturing defects:
- Prongs that are bent due to catching on to something or worn out because of trauma on the ring that could make a stone fall out/lost
- Chipping or lost stone due to damage/trauma on the gemstone
- Metals and prongs might wear over time due to normal wear and tear
- Discoloration because of exposure to chemicals (such as, but not limited to, swimming pools, cleaning products, make-up)
*Damages not caused by defects include, but not limited to, wear and tear, a third party/company made any changes or adjustments to the ring, damaged by wearer
