Refund policy

All custom order rings will receive 3D model renderings for your confirmation of the ring design prior to production. We offer free unlimited revisions for the same ring to ensure you are satisfied with the design (same ring requires it to be the same size and shape of stone, same head of the ring, etc.). Possible changes include changing number of stones on the pavé band, changing width of band, and anything that does not change the structure of the ring. If any changes require recreating the structure of the ring, an additional design fee will be charged on a case-by-case basis. On the other hand, all items that are purchased directly from our existing collection will not receive a 3D model rendering as we start the ring crafting process immediately. This includes designs that have a different stone shape for the showcased setting than the stone that is ultimately purchased (e.g. selecting the Geneva ring setting and picking a round 1 carat lab diamond).

Due to the custom nature of each design, all items including engagement rings, wedding bands, and jewelry is non-refundable after an order or deposit has been placed. Items marked as "final sale" are also non-refundable. However, we pride ourselves in our customer service and will work with each customer on a case-by-case basis (e.g. with your permission, we can post your ring on our website and once purchased, you will receive the money minus credit card transaction fees, usually 3%).
